There is a lot of noise from the buses and the heavy traffic, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is up on the second floor. It’s a functional space where we keep our promotional materials and event gear. Sometimes the hallway in the complex is crowded with boxes, especially when we are preparing for a big project. It isn't a very large office, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We spend a lot of time on our phones or at the computers, trying to make sure the schedules are right. The light in the room isn't the best, so we have some extra lamps around the desks. We’ve been in Ronak Complex for a while and know most of the other people working in the building. It’s a mix of different businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. Gondal Road can be a headache for parking, but we have our little routine for getting in and out. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls, just a calendar and some notes taped up.
