Utsav Agency is situated at 102 Vardhaman Trade Center, which is right at Phulchhab Chowk in Rajkot. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with people and traffic. The Trade Center is a busy building with a lot of different offices, so there is a constant flow of people in the hallways. Our space is functional and mostly filled with paper stacks and a few computers that have been around for a while. We spend our time managing the agency stuff, which usually involves a lot of talking and sorting through files. It isn't a glamorous job but it is what we do. The view from the window is just the busy street below, which can be distracting sometimes. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the Rajkot summers. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. People stop by to ask questions or drop off documents throughout the day. It is a very standard way of working. We know the other shop owners in the building and we sometimes share a tea in the afternoon or complain about the parking situation outside. It is just a regular life in a busy part of the city. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoons get long.
