Today Ice Cream

If you’ve ever been down near the Sorathiyawadi Circle, you’ve probably seen where we are. We’re located right on Rajkot Road in the Bhaktinagar area. It’s a busy spot. This is mostly because of all the traffic coming through the circle. At Today Ice Cream, things are pretty basic. We spend most of our time out back or at the counter. It depends on how many people show up. The building isn't brand new or anything. It's just a regular place where we keep the freezers running. There’s always a bit of a hum from the cooling systems. We just get used to it after a while. Sometimes the heat outside gets a bit much. That’s usually when we have the most to do. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just us making sure the containers are full and the floor is clean enough. The location is good because people can just pull over when they’re passing through Rajkot Road. We get a mix of regulars from the neighborhood and folks just traveling through. It’s a lot of work keeping things cold in this climate, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place in town. It is just a spot that’s there when you want something cold. We take it one day at a time here in Bhaktinagar and see what happens with the weather.
