Shreeji Fast Food & Ice Cream

We’re over at Golden Plaza on the 150 Feet Ring Road in Rajkot. It’s a busy part of town, especially being so close to Indira Circle and right across from the Reliance Super Mart. Shreeji Fast Food & Ice Cream is where we spend most of our time. We started this place because we liked the idea of a spot where people could grab a quick bite or something cold. The Ring Road is always moving, so we get a lot of people just stopping in for a minute. It’s not a big restaurant, just a simple counter and some tables. We do various fast food items and, of course, the ice cream which is popular when it gets hot outside. The kitchen is small but we keep it moving as fast as we can. Sometimes we run out of certain things on a busy weekend, but we try to keep the fridge stocked up. It’s a bit loud with the traffic from Indira Circle, but that’s the trade-off for being in a good spot. We don't have any fancy chefs, just us cooking the way we know how. It’s a family effort mostly. We see a lot of shoppers from the mall across the street coming over for a snack. It’s honest work and we like seeing people enjoy the food. We’ve been here a while now and the plaza has become like a second home to us. We’re just regular people serving regular food to our neighbors. We open early and close late most days.
