Thakarshi Tea Processors & Packers Pvt.Ltd. is based at 13/30, Bhojarajpara, in the Hari Om Estate. It is a busy place where there is always a lot going on. When you walk into the Hari Om Estate, you can usually tell where we are. Dealing with tea means there is always a bit of dust in the air and a lot of bags moving around. We have been at this 13/30 location for quite some time, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. We show up, check the machinery, and get to the processing and packing. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right. Bhojarajpara is a lively area, and being part of the estate means we are surrounded by other people doing similar hard work. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls; we are a working plant. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly, and sometimes the weather makes the work a bit harder, but that is just how it goes. The name Thakarshi Tea Processors & Packers Pvt.Ltd. is long, but we just think of ourselves as the team at the estate. We focus on the bags, the labels, and the boxes. By the end of the shift, everyone is tired, but it feels good to see the stacks ready to go. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, without any complications.
