You can find us over at the Gymkhana. It is where we spend most of our time, honestly. There is always something happening, whether it is a small gathering or just the usual daily crowd coming through. We handle a lot of food and stuff like that. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the whole building. We have been doing this for a while now, and the group knows the rhythm of the place. It gets really hectic on weekends when everyone wants to be out and eating. We do not really bother with fancy talk about what we do. It is just about getting the plates out and making sure the stove is hot. Sometimes the supplies arrive late and we have to scramble, but that is just how the business goes. The Gymkhana is a good spot because people are always around. We see the same faces quite often, which is nice. It feels like a small community inside those walls. Our team is used to the long hours, especially during the wedding season or when there is a big event scheduled. We just keep our heads down and work. There is no big secret to it, just staying organized and making sure the kitchen is clean at the end of the night. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace by now. We don't really have a big office, just the kitchen and the areas where we serve.
