Talati Caterers

We are located at 1 Jagnath Plot, right on the Kathiyawad Gymhanna Road near Yagnik Road. It is a very central part of town, so there is always something happening outside our window. Talati Caterers has been working from this spot for quite a long time now. The building is older, but it suits us just fine for what we do. We spend our days preparing various dishes for different events across the city. Yagnik Road is always packed with people and cars, so we have to be smart about when we send our delivery vehicles out to avoid getting stuck. The kitchen is our main focus. We have large burners and plenty of counter space for all the chopping and sorting that needs to happen. It gets pretty loud when we have the exhaust fans going and everyone is talking at once to get the work finished. We don’t go in for anything too flashy or modern. We just focus on the cooking and making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the week ahead. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with the demand, but we do our best to stay on top of things. My son handles some of the orders now, which takes some of the pressure off me during the busy season. We just want to keep things running smoothly here at Jagnath Plot. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to the routine by now. We just take it one day at a time and keep the stoves burning.
