Star Engineers

Star Engineers is based at A2/8 in the Aji Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops, smoke, and the constant sound of metal hitting metal. Our unit is not very large, but we have managed to cram in all the lathes and tools we need to get through the day. The walls are gray and the floor is stained with oil that has leaked over the years. We do not bother much with decorating because this is a place for work, not for looking pretty. We handle engineering repairs and small-scale manufacturing tasks. Most of us who work here have grease under our fingernails most of the time. It is just the nature of the job. The Aji Industrial Estate is a busy place with trucks coming in and out at all hours, so it can get pretty hectic on the narrow roads. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because the tin roof makes the workshop very hot by midday. We do not have a big sales team or a brochure. People just know us as the guys at A2/8. We take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it without making a big fuss. It is a basic operation and we like it that way.
