Bhogal Engg. Works Goraya

Bhogal Engg. Works Goraya is situated right on the G. T. Road. We are directly opposite the Nayari Filter Plant, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. Being on such a major road means there are always huge trucks and cars zooming past our front door. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel and dust from the highway. Our workshop is dedicated to engineering work, and we have a lot of heavy equipment for that. It’s a loud place, and you usually have to shout to be heard over the traffic and the machines. We’ve been in Goraya for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit. There are stains on the concrete floor and the windows have a layer of grit on them. We don't mind it because it’s a working shop, not a showroom. We spend our hours fixing parts and working on various engineering jobs that come in from the local area. There is a small desk in the corner where we keep our records and a phone that rings quite a lot. We don’t have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. It’s a practical life, being out here on the G. T. Road. We see the whole world go by from our front gate while we just keep our heads down and do the work.
