Piyush Engineering Works

We are located in the Dindayal Industrial Area in the city of Rajkot. Our workshop, Piyush Engineering Works, is situated right near the Hotel Gamara on the N/H-8B. It is quite easy to find us if you are traveling through the Aji Vasahat area. This part of town is filled with workshops and small factories that are very similar to ours. We do a lot of heavy machining and various types of repair work. The floor of our shop is usually covered in metal shavings by the middle of the day. We have several old machines that we still use because they work better than some of the newer ones we have tried. It involves a lot of manual labor and you usually end up with greasy hands by lunchtime. We don't have a fancy lobby or any kind of receptionist to greet people. Usually, one of us will just wipe our hands on a shop rag before we talk to anyone who comes in. We have lived in Rajkot for our whole lives, so we understand how things work in this industrial zone. The heat in the workshop during the month of May can be really difficult, but we just get on with the job. We handle a lot of different projects for other local businesses. Sometimes it is a large part for a factory, and other times it is just a small fix. The noise of the machines is constant all day long. We keep the doors open for air, but it doesn't help much when the sun is up. It is honest work and we have been at it for many years now.
