You can find us on Kalavad Road in Rajkot, tucked behind Matuki Restaurant. It’s a familiar spot for most locals because we are right opposite Sopan Party Plot. Being in the 360005 area keeps us quite busy, especially on weekends. We do a mix of catering and event stuff. Some days we are chopping vegetables and other days we are deciding where the flowers should go. The kitchen gets hot and loud, but that’s where most of the work happens. We have a small crew of regulars who have been with us for a long time. We don't really bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. We just focus on the food and making sure there's enough of it. Sometimes we run out of napkins or a light bulb breaks, and we have to run out to get more. It's a lot of practical, everyday problem-solving. The traffic on Kalavad Road can be a headache when we are trying to load the trucks. We usually have a lot of crates and boxes stacked up near the entrance. It's not the tidiest place, but it shows we are working. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. We just take one job at a time and try to get it finished before the next one starts. It is hard work but we are used to it, and we wouldn't know what else to do with our time.
