Snow-Fall Ice Cream

Our little place is in the Maruti Complex over by Jitendra Park. If you know Zanzarda Road, you know it can get pretty crowded around Sardarbag. We’ve been here serving ice cream to the families who walk through the park on weekends. It is not a very big shop, but we have enough space for the freezers and a couple of spots to stand. We mostly just focus on keeping the flavors people like in stock. The kids from the neighborhood come in after school, and that’s usually our loudest part of the day. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just see the sign when they are heading home or out for a walk. Dealing with the electricity cuts can be a bit of a headache sometimes because you have to make sure everything stays cold. We’ve had to learn a lot about how to fix the cooling units ourselves when things go wrong. It’s just the way it is when you run a small business. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but it's a working shop. There is always a delivery arriving or someone asking for a specific cone. We are glad to be part of this little corner of the area. It feels like a community here. You see the same faces every week, and you get to know what people like. It's a quiet life mostly. We just open up in the morning and see who comes by.
