Shri Sai Catering Service

We operate out of Chamunda Krupa, which is number 7 in the Bhaktinagar Society. It is a quiet enough area in Manhar Plot most of the time, which is nice for us. Shri Sai Catering Service started out small, and we have just kept at it over the years. We aren’t a big corporate entity, just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time during the week. We wake up well before the sun to get the first batch of cooking started. It is important to have everything fresh for the day. The address is easy to find if you know Bhaktinagar at all. We have a few regular workers who have been with us since we started. We do not use any fancy machinery in our kitchen, mostly just the same big pans and ladles we have always used. It is about doing things the right way, not necessarily the fastest way. Sometimes we have to pack the food into the back of the car and drive it across town, which can be a bit stressful when the traffic is bad. But once the food is delivered and everyone is eating, it feels okay. We do not do much advertising because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It is a humble business, and we like it that way. We just want to make sure the containers are full and the customers are satisfied when they pick up their orders from us at Manhar Plot.
