Shradhha Caterers

Our place is called Shreenathjee Krupa over in Jagnath Plot. We have been running Shradhha Caterers from here for quite some time now. It is a busy little spot, especially on the weekends when people are having parties or religious functions nearby. The kitchen gets really warm when we have all the big pots going at once on the burners. We usually start the prep work very early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting the spices lined up in their bowls. Jagnath Plot is a good area and the people around here know us by name. We do not have a big office or anything like that, just our workspace where the work with the food actually happens. Most of the time, we are busy talking to our suppliers or making sure the delivery boxes are packed up right. It can get a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders leaving at the same time, but we usually manage to handle it. My brother helps me with the logistics, and we have a few local guys who come in for the heavy lifting when we have a big event to serve. The address is number 6, if you are looking for where we are. We do not spend much time on the computer because we would much rather be in the kitchen. It is hard work standing on your feet all day, but it is what we know. We just focus on getting the flavors right for the local folks who trust us with their meals. Every day is a bit different depending on what people want to eat.
