Our shop is on Street No.1 in Bhakti Nagar, very close to the railway station. You can hear the trains all day, and honestly, you stop noticing the noise after a while. There is a primary school nearby too, so the afternoons are always a bit chaotic when the kids get out. The street fills up with families for a bit, and then it goes back to being quiet. Our building is pretty old and simple. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it stays cool enough inside, which is the main thing we care about. We spend our time maintaining the machines and keeping the floors clean. There is always something that needs fixing, like a squeaky door or a bit of paint that needs touching up. We don't spend money on advertising or big bright signs. People in Bhakti Nagar know where we are. We just stay busy with the work. Sometimes when things are slow, we sit out on the step and watch the commuters walking to the station. It is a steady way to live. We don't try to be fancy or pretend to be a big company. We are just a local business near the tracks and the school, making sure we have what people want and that the freezers stay cold. It is just a normal part of the neighborhood, and we are fine with that.
