Our facility is located out at Survey No.164 on the Gondal highway side, specifically along SIDC Road in Veraval. It is a bit of a distance from the main Rajkot city center, sitting in the Kotda Sanganl area. At Sanjivani Casting Pvt. Ltd., the work is mostly about the heat and the molds. Foundry work is never clean, so there is always sand and metal dust on the floor, and the machines make a fair amount of noise throughout the shift. We aren't sitting in a quiet office; we are usually out where the melting and pouring happens. The guys who work here have been doing this for a long time and they know the rhythm of the furnaces. We don't have any fancy corporate meetings or polished presentations to show. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the casts and making sure the cooling process goes right. The road out here can get a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits, but the trucks still manage to make it to our gate for pickups. We handle various industrial casting jobs based on what the local plants require at the time. It is a simple, heavy business that requires a lot of physical effort and attention to the metal. We have seen the industrial estate grow over the years, but our focus remains on the workshop floor and getting the daily batches finished on time.
