Saiyaara Events

Saiyaara Events started out in Rajkot, right near Kotecha Chowk. It is just a small local setup where we handle the basics of planning different functions. People usually get in touch when they have a wedding or a family birthday coming up and need some help getting things organized. We don’t do anything too fancy or over the top, just what is needed to make the day go right for the people involved. Kotecha Chowk is a pretty busy spot, so it is easy for folks to drop by the office and talk about what they need. We spend most of our time on our mobile phones or out at various venues across the city checking on things. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic during the peak wedding season, but that is just how the business goes in Rajkot. We have been around for a while now and know most of the local vendors and how things work in this part of Gujarat. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we are running a little behind schedule, but we try to keep our word. If you live around the 360007 area, you have probably seen our name once or twice. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us working out of this space. We like it that way because we can talk to people face to face. Dealing with local families is the main part of what we do every day. It is hard work, but seeing it all come together is okay. That is pretty much who we are.
