Sahjanand Engineering Works

We are located at G.I.D.C. 17061, which is part of a large industrial area. There are many workshops around us, all doing different things, but we stay focused on our own engineering work. It’s a pretty simple operation. We have a shed where we keep our lathes and other tools. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once. I’ve been working in this industry for most of my life, so the smell of oil and metal feels like home to me. We don't have a big office or anyone to answer the phones in a professional way. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us wipes our hands and picks it up. Most people just walk in because they are already in the G.I.D.C. for other business. We don’t have any fancy signs or slogans. We just take the work as it comes and try to do it properly. The roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just move the machines out of the way. It’s a very basic way to live and work, but it suits us fine. We don't have any plans to become a huge company. We just like the independence of having our own shop. The address is 17061, and we’re here most days from dawn until dusk. It’s just us, some heavy metal, and a lot of hard work. We don't worry about the polish, we just care about the metal pieces we create every afternoon.
