We are right here in Gondal on Palace Road, tucked into the Om Complex. It’s a busy spot near Dr. Jogi Hospital where people are always walking by. Our day usually starts long before most people are awake because the milk needs to be moved while it’s still early. You can hear the crates rattling and the trucks starting up in the quiet morning air. It is just the way things work for us here in Rajkot. Inside the office, it is pretty simple with a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have any fancy decorations or marketing posters on the walls. When the Gujarat summer hits, the fans stay on all day and we just try to keep up with the work. The traffic outside on Palace Road can get quite loud in the afternoon, but we don't mind it much anymore. We are just a group of local people doing a job we know. There aren't any big corporate meetings or complex strategies here. We just focus on getting the milk loaded and sent out to the right places. Most of our staff have been around this neighborhood for years, so everyone knows each other. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us on our toes and provides for our families. We just take each day as it comes and try to do the job right.
