Our business is based on the 7th floor of Ramkrishna Apartment on Yagnik Road. It’s a bit of a climb, but we do most of our planning and coordination from there. Yagnik Road is such a busy area, so being right here puts us in the center of all the Rajkot action. We’ve been serving the community for a long time now. It started with my grandfather, and we’ve kept the tradition going as a family. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from families who have used us for decades. When you call, you’re talking to the people who actually oversee the cooking. We try to keep our menus practical and focus on the flavors that local people love. We don't go in for fancy decorations or over-the-top presentations. For us, it’s all about whether the food tastes good and if the guests are satisfied. The kitchen can be a very intense place, especially when we’re preparing for a big event with hundreds of people. We’ve had our fair share of long nights and early mornings where everyone is exhausted, but we push through because we know how important these events are. It’s not always easy moving everything from the 7th floor, but we have a system that works. We're just a regular, family-run business trying to do a good job every day.
