Randalkrupa Fabrication

Down here at Kanaiya Chowk, right across from Ashoka Hospital, things are usually moving fast. We’ve got the shop set up near Raiya Chokdi, and if you’ve been on Raiya Road, you’ve probably seen our sign. Randalkrupa Fabrication is basically a place where we weld, cut, and bend things to size. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. Between the traffic outside and the sound of the saws inside, there’s always noise. We spend a lot of time on our feet, measuring twice and hoping we only have to cut once. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with leftover scraps and half-finished frames, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, so we see a lot of the same faces coming by. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the fabrication work that needs to get done for people in the neighborhood. Sometimes the tea runs out before the work does, which is a bit of a problem on Mondays. We just try to keep the tools sharp and the welder humming. It’s steady work, and we like being part of this little corner of the city. Usually, we are here until late evening, just finishing up whatever came in that morning. It’s a simple life, mostly involving metal and sweat, and that suits us just fine.
