Rajwadi Ice Cream

Our shop is Number 24 over at Galaxi Chowk. It’s right on Station Road in Dhoraji, so there is always something happening outside. Rajwadi Ice Cream is just a small family-run spot. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. The walls have a few scuffs and the stools are a bit old, but they work fine for a quick sit. We get a lot of people coming from the train station who want a cold treat before they head home. We keep the flavors simple and traditional. We don't have any of those weird modern combinations. My uncle started this place years ago and not much has changed since then. We do our own cleaning and sometimes the windows have a few streaks. We aren't trying to be perfect. We just want to serve ice cream the same way we’ve done for years. The power in Dhoraji can be a bit unreliable, so we have a generator out back. It’s a bit noisy, but it keeps the freezers running. During the monsoon, we have to keep a bucket near the back door because of a small leak in the roof. We just deal with it. People in the neighborhood know us and we like it that way. It’s a honest business and we work hard every day. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if the station is busy.
