Protech Industries

Protech Industries is located at Shed No. 9-A in the Bhaktinagar Industrial Estate. Working in an industrial estate means you’re surrounded by the sound of hammers, drills, and heavy trucks all day long. Shed 9-A is our home base, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We have a high metal roof that rings when it rains and a thick concrete floor that has seen its fair share of spills and scratches. There isn’t much in the way of an office here; we mostly just have a small desk tucked into a corner where we keep the invoices and some pens. The rest of the space is taken up by the machines and the raw materials we use for our work. It can get pretty dusty in the Bhaktinagar estate, especially when the wind blows through the open doors, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other guys in the neighboring sheds. We usually start the day with a quick tea and then get straight to whatever is waiting for us on the shop floor. There’s no big mystery to what we do; we just take the materials and turn them into what they need to be. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we like the feeling of actually making something with our hands. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just one that gets its daily tasks done right.
