If you know where Kishan Auto is near the Kishan Gate on Kalawad Road, then you can find us pretty easily. Poonam Metals is right across from them at Plot No. G-1330. Being near the gate makes it easy for trucks to come and go, which is good because we deal with a lot of heavy metal stuff. It’s a noisy spot, especially when we’re moving inventory around or cutting pieces to size. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big industrial unit, but inside we stay busy. We don't have any fancy sales pitches. We just sell metal and do some basic processing. Most people who come in are local contractors or other shop owners who need a specific type of metal for a project they're working on. We keep a lot of stock on hand, though it’s not always perfectly organized. We know where the different grades and sizes are kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. We don't spend time on social media or anything like that. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks through the door. It's a straightforward business. We weigh the metal, give a price, and load it up. It's practical work for people who need materials to get their own jobs done.
