Our factory is located out at Lodhika Gidc, specifically at Plot No. G-1114 in Metoda. It’s right off the Kallawad Road, which is a busy stretch for anyone working in this industrial area. At Novatech Precision Balls P. Ltd., we deal with these small metal components every single day. The machines are always humming in the background, making that steady rhythm you get used to after a while. Being in a GIDC area means we are surrounded by other workshops and plants, so there is a lot of movement of trucks and workers around the plot. Inside, the floors are hard and we have boxes lined up ready to go. It isn't a quiet office job; it's hands-on work where we monitor the equipment and check the output. The sun can really beat down on the roof here in Metoda, making the workspace quite warm by noon. We usually have our tea breaks together when the machines are being serviced. Most of us have been coming to this same plot for years, following the same routine every morning after the commute down Kallawad Road. It’s a straightforward industrial setup without any bells or whistles. We focus on the precision of what we make because that’s the whole point of being here. It’s just a group of people making sure the production line keeps moving as it should. There's nothing complicated about our day, just regular work.
