Niyati Engineering

We are located out in Village Kotharia, right in the middle of the J.K. Industrial Area. To find us, you have to go behind the Maladari railway crossings, near the Rollex Unit 2 building. Plot No. 42 is our home base. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the factories are situated. We spend most of our time working on various parts and fixing machinery for the local units nearby. The shop gets quite noisy during the day with the lathes and welding equipment going on. It is definitely not a quiet office environment. Most of us just wear our overalls and stay busy with whatever order came in that morning. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, which slows things down, but we manage to get through it. We have been here since the area first started growing years ago. It is a practical space, mostly filled with tools, scrap metal, and heavy workbenches. We do not really do any big advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they are working in the same industrial block. It is a small team here, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment properly. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It is just a regular engineering workshop doing what needs to get done for our neighbors and other businesses.
