Nataraj Engineering

We operate out of No. 8B Gondwana Chokdi. It’s right there in Gondal, a place we’ve called home for a good bit now. Engineering work can be noisy and greasy, and our shop is no different from any other working garage. We spend most of our hours fixing parts or putting things together for various customers. The tools are old but they still work just fine for what we need to accomplish. You can usually find a few of us standing around a workbench trying to figure out why a part isn't fitting right or how to mend a broken piece. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and we help out where it’s needed. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If the phone rings, whoever is closest and has clean hands picks it up. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We try to keep the place somewhat tidy, but metal scraps and oil stains tend to end up everywhere by the end of the week. People around Gondal know us as the guys who just get on with the job without making a fuss. We don’t have a glossy brochure. We just show people the work we've done recently. It’s a basic workshop where things get made and repaired. There’s always some tea brewing in the corner for when we finally take a break.
