Murlidhar Ice Cream & Dairy Parlour is situated at Plot No.- A/18. We are right by the Hotel Cross Roads in the Surendranagar district. Being near Sara Road means there is a lot of traffic. We handle both ice cream and dairy products here. It's a busy place, especially in the mornings when local people come for their milk. Later in the day, the kids want something sweet. The shop has been here for a good while. We don't have fancy decorations. It’s a practical space with big refrigerators. We keep a close eye on the temperature because that’s the most important thing for the dairy we sell. My family helps me run the place every day. We take turns being at the counter so someone is always there. Surendranagar can get very hot, so the cold drinks are popular with everyone. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. We just want to make sure the products are available when people stop by. The Hotel Cross Roads area is always moving, so we see different faces. Some are regulars who live around the corner, and others are just passing through on Sara Road. We try to keep the place tidy even when it gets crowded. It’s a regular local dairy and ice cream parlor. We just keep working and serving whoever walks in through our door. It is a simple business for our family.
