Modern Ice Cream

Our place, Modern Ice Cream, is situated right by the Kalwa Chowk Bus Stop in Kadiyavad. We are near the Rani Sati Colony, which is a fairly busy part of the city. People waiting for their buses often pop in to grab something sweet. It’s a small shop, not one of those big chain outlets. We have a few freezers packed with different types of ice creams. The interior is simple, just some shelves and the cooling units. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy design. We just sell ice cream to the locals and travelers. It can get pretty crowded in the evenings when families come out for a walk. Sometimes we run out of certain flavors, but we try to restock as fast as we can. We’ve been at this bus stop location for quite a while, so most of the regulars know us by name. It’s a bit noisy with all the buses coming and going, but we like the energy. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just the stuff people like to eat. It’s a straightforward business. We open up in the morning and close late at night. There isn't much more to it than that. It is a simple life and we enjoy being part of the daily routine here in Kadiyavad.
