We are out in Village Viraparda, which is in the Morvi Taluka of Rajkot district. Morvi is famous for many things, and we are part of the local industrial scene here doing power and steel work. Being in a village like Viraparda means it is a bit different from the big city offices. It is more open, and you see a lot of the actual work happening right nearby. We have our setup here to handle the Mid India Power And Steel Limited operations for the Gandhidham branch. It’s a practical location. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure the steel gets loaded properly. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, but we manage. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of steel samples and papers. We enjoy the local food from the nearby stalls during lunch. It’s a simple atmosphere where people just get on with their jobs. We’ve been integrated into the Morvi industrial belt for a while now. Most of the staff comes from the neighboring villages. We don't have a big corporate philosophy, we just try to get the steel where it needs to go and keep the power systems running. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
