We are situated at Survey No. 196 in Shapar, right near the S. K. Aluminium building. If you're driving through the industrial part of Shapar, you'll see a lot of similar setups, but our gate says Micro Melt. We do a lot of melting and casting here, which means it’s a pretty intense environment when the furnaces are going. The air gets thick and the heat is something you just have to get used to after a while. We aren't much for sitting around in an office; most of the time is spent watching the pours or checking the molds for any issues. The yard is usually filled with drums and crates waiting to be moved, and there is always a bit of dust flying around. It’s a gritty job, and we all go home with a bit of soot on our clothes. We've been at this location for a while, and we've seen the neighborhood grow with more factories popping up nearby. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do. We just take raw material, melt it down, and turn it into the shapes our customers need. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them, but that's just part of the life. It's a steady rhythm of work that keeps the lights on. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some old tools.
