Micro-Melt Pvt. Ltd.

Out in the village of Veraval, which most people just call Shapar, we have Micro-Melt. We are on Plot 2 of Survey No. 196. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up across the open ground. Being out here means we have a bit more space, but it’s a long commute for some of the guys. We do melting work, so it gets very hot near the furnaces. You can’t really escape the heat during the summer months, but you get used to it after a while. The work is physical and we all end the day pretty tired. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving molds around the floor. It’s an industrial area, so there are plenty of other shops doing similar things nearby. We have our own way of doing things that we’ve picked up over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or anything like that. The focus is just on the output and making sure the melts are clean. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which is frustrating but part of the job. It’s just us out in Shapar, doing the same hard work day after day.
