Matuki Event Management

We’ve been running things out of this office on Kalavad Road for some time now. It’s right across from Rangoli Park Restaurant, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re coming from Mota Mahuva. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet folks to talk about their plans. Most days, it’s just a few of us here making calls and trying to get things organized. Rajkot is a busy city, and this part of Kalavad Road always has traffic moving past. We started Matuki Event Management because we knew the area and saw how much work goes into putting together a decent gathering. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of details that other people might forget. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people who know how things work in this town. If you walk in, you’ll probably see stacks of papers and some old decorations in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors. It gets a bit loud sometimes when the restaurant across the street is busy, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing for whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do every day. Sometimes we grab tea nearby and talk about the next job. That’s how it goes here.
