Aashutosh Kothi Ice Cream

Aashutosh Kothi Ice Cream is located at Shop No 12 in the Race Course Park Shopping Centre. We’re right on Airport Main Road, which gets plenty of people passing by. We spend our days around the kothis, making sure the ice cream stays at the right consistency. It’s a good spot to be, especially when the weather gets hot and everyone is looking for something cold. The shopping centre is a bit older, but it has a nice feel to it. We see a lot of families coming through, especially in the evenings when things cool down a bit. We don't have a massive menu, just the flavors we’ve been making for a while. Our shop isn't huge, just enough room for the freezers and a place for us to stand. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with the ice and salt, but that’s just part of the process. We don't spend much on decorations. People come for the taste, not the wallpaper. It’s a simple life, scooping ice cream and chatting with the locals who stop by after work. The airport road always has cars moving, and it’s nice to watch the world go by from our little shop. We just keep doing what we know how to do, one scoop at a time, until it's time to close up.
