We are over on Mavdi Road in Rajkot. Our business is located in the Radheshyam Society, Block 110, just behind the Jithariya Hanuman temple. It is a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential, which makes it a nice place to work. We handle various food products. We don't have a huge factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of our time prepping ingredients and making sure everything is clean. The kitchen isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. We didn't have a big plan when we started, we just wanted to make food and sell it. The dairy is nearby, so that’s a landmark people use to find us. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a fancy mission. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the supplies don't arrive on time, but that’s part of the business. We just deal with it and keep moving. The street can get a bit crowded with parked cars, so it’s sometimes a struggle for our vans to get out. We just do our best to stay out of the neighbors' way and keep our heads down.
