We’ve been at Patel Estate for a while now. It’s right near the Octroi Naka on Gondal Road. People know us for steel. It’s a busy spot, lots of trucks moving around. We started out small and just kept going because the demand for metal doesn't really stop. The workshop gets loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is here. Most days we are busy cutting or loading stuff for local builders. It's not fancy work, just honest labor. We see a lot of the same faces coming through the gate. Gondal Road can get quite congested during the day, so we try to get things moved early if we can. Leon Steels isn't a big glass office type of place. It’s mostly iron, dust, and getting the measurements right. We handle different types of steel products depending on what a project needs. Sometimes a guy comes in for just a few rods, other times it’s a whole truckload for a bigger site nearby. We don’t spend much time on computers; we’d rather be out back making sure the inventory is where it should be. If you’re driving past the Octroi Naka, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the steel out the door so people can finish their buildings. Nothing more to it than that, really. It’s been our home for years and we know the neighborhood well. It isn't a place with air conditioning, but we get the job done.
