Krishna Steel

Krishna Steel has been around here at Virani Aghat for quite a while now. If you head down Dhebar Road and turn into Pragati Society Street 4, that is where you will find us. We mostly deal with steel items all day long. It gets pretty noisy sometimes with the metal moving around, but that is just how it is in this line of work. Most mornings start early, usually with a cup of tea before we get into the heavy stuff. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big truck rolls in and we have to sort everything out in the yard. We do not do much fancy talk here. We just handle the steel and make sure people get what they came for. Living and working around Dhebar Road means we see a lot of the same faces. It is a hardworking area. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. There is always dust and the smell of iron in the air. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. If someone needs a specific piece or a bulk order, we just get to it. It is straightforward work. No big secrets to it. We just keep the gates open and stay busy with the tools and the metal.
