Karnavati Garden Restaurant

If you’re driving out on the Bhavnagar Highway, you’ll see us near the Aji Dam. Karnavati Garden Restaurant is right there on Bhavnagar Road, and it’s a bit of a landmark for travelers who need a break. It’s an open-air kind of place, which is nice when there’s a breeze, but it can get quite dusty when the trucks go past on the highway. We have a lot of plants around to try and keep it feeling fresh. The furniture is just regular wooden tables and chairs, nothing too fancy or expensive. We get a mix of people stopping by—truck drivers, families on trips, and locals who want to get out of the city for a bit. The kitchen is always busy, and you can hear the clatter of pans from the seating area. We don't have a big menu with complicated names; it’s just the usual stuff people like to eat when they’re hungry. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we get a sudden rush of cars all at once, but we do what we can to keep people fed. It’s a simple spot where you can sit under the sky and have a meal without too much fuss. We like the open space here, away from the tight streets of the main town area where everything feels cramped and loud all the time.
