K E Steel Industries is located right on Canal Road, not far from the Rajkot Nagrik Bank. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The area is full of workshops and small industries, so there is always the sound of metal clanging and trucks loading up in the street. We work with steel, which means our days are mostly about measuring, cutting, and moving heavy materials around the yard. Our setup is pretty basic and functional. We have the main work area and a small corner with a desk where we handle the billing and phone calls. It isn't a place for people who are afraid of getting their hands dirty or working in the heat. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles for everyone on the team. We’re just a group of people who understand how to work with metal. Most of our customers are local folks or businesses from around the area who just need something built or repaired without a lot of hassle. We don't put out ads or try to convince people we are something we're not. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a decent living, and we like being part of the industrial community here along the canal. There’s a lot of history in these streets.
