Hi-Melt Technocast

We are situated out near the Ribda Railway Station, right on the Kotda Sangani Main Road near NH 8B. Because we are so close to the highway and the tracks, there is always the sound of trucks passing by and the occasional train whistle. At Hi-Melt Technocast, we deal with casting metal, which means it gets extremely hot inside the building. It’s a tough environment to work in. The floor is usually covered in sand and the air stays warm even when it’s cold outside. We spend our time pouring molten metal into molds and then waiting for everything to cool down so we can see how the parts turned out. It isn't the kind of job where you can stay clean for long. Everyone wears heavy boots and thick gloves because you have to be careful around the furnaces. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too high, so we can get the hottest work done first. We are right in the middle of the Rajkot industrial belt, and most of the people around here are doing similar heavy work. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy showroom. We just focus on getting the casts right so they are ready when the trucks come to pick them up. It is a simple life of hard work, heat, and making sure the production stays on track.
