Hero Products

Hero Products is based in Makwana Society, which is right across from Rozy Towers on Indira Gandhi Road. If you know the landmark of Rozy Towers, you won't have any trouble finding us. Our setup is inside the society, so it feels a bit more private than being right on the main road. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle all our daily operations. We aren't some massive company with a glass building. We just have a practical workspace where we get things done. The road outside can get quite busy with buses and cars, but inside the society, it’s a bit calmer. We spend most of our time managing orders and checking the inventory we have on hand. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we’ve learned how to stack things to make the most of the room we have. We have a small desk near the door where we handle the paperwork. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep us cool. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and memory. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has served us well so far. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by.
