You can find Harddys Catering & Events at Shop No 5 in the Cosmo Complex on Kalawad Road. We are right at Mahila College Chowk, opposite the LIC office. Rajkot is a busy city, and this intersection is one of the more active parts of it. We spend our days dealing with food and logistics. Catering is a lot of work because you have to get the timing just right, otherwise, things get cold or people get hungry. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what we can do and what it will cost. The Cosmo Complex is a good spot for us because people know where it is. Often, we are at the shop early in the morning to start prepping or making calls. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you’re cleaning up after a big party late at night, but it’s our business. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Kalawad Road, but we’ve stuck around by just being practical. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If we say the food will be there at six, we do our best to make sure it is. It's just a small group of us here trying to make a living in Rajkot. We know the local tastes and what people around here expect when they host a dinner. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
