Godson Engineering Corporation is located over on Ghebar Road South in the Atika Industrial Area. It’s a straightforward engineering shop. We don’t have much in the way of a front office. Most of the space is taken up by the machines and the materials we use. Atika is a place where people come to get things built and repaired. The road can be a bit dusty, especially when the trucks go by. We’ve been here for quite some years now. It started small and we just kept adding a machine here and there as we could afford it. We do a lot of custom work for people who walk in with a problem that needs solving. It’s all about fixing things and making parts that fit. The guys who work here are local and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we work hard when the deadlines are tight. We don't use any fancy marketing. People usually find us because they know someone else we helped. Our shop on Ghebar Road isn’t the newest building on the block, but it’s solid and it houses everything we need to do our jobs properly. We just focus on the work on the bench and try to keep things moving. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. It's just what we do here.
