Gaytri Krupa Steel Industries is located right on Lohanagar Main Road. If you know where the BSNL Telephone Exchange is on Gondal Road, we are very close to that. It is a noisy area because of all the metalwork going on around here. Our shop is full of the smell of iron and the sound of machines. We deal with steel, so things are heavy and usually a bit greasy. It is not a place for clean clothes. Most of us have been working with metal for years. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find someone on the floor. The office is just a tiny corner with a desk that has seen better days. We keep our records in big ledgers because computers sometimes get too much dust in them. It is hard work, and the days are long, especially when we have big orders for the local builders. We do not really do much in the way of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving down Gondal Road. We just focus on making sure the steel is cut right and delivered when we said it would be. It is a basic business model, but it has kept us going for a long time. We are just regular folks who know their way around a steel beam and a welding torch.
