Universal Impex

Universal Impex is based at number 3 in the Harsiddhi Society. We are located in a building called Sanju Nivas. Our office is directly opposite the Gandhi Gram Police Station, which makes it very easy to give people directions. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a lot quieter than the main commercial streets nearby. We have a small entrance that leads into our main workspace. It is a humble setup with a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and a very large desk where we do most of our sorting. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we can see the police officers coming and going throughout the day. The building is older, so the walls are thick and it stays relatively cool even when it is hot outside. We do not have any corporate branding or marketing materials lying around. Instead, we have a lot of ledgers and notebooks where we keep track of everything. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence. It is just a few of us here, and we handle everything from answering the phone to packing up the mail. It is a quiet, reliable place to work, and we like the steady pace of the society life around us.
