G Fresh Ice Cream

Our place is in the Kalpvrux Complex at shops 6 and 7. We have been here for a while on Zanzarda Road. It gets pretty busy here, especially with everyone from Janakpuri Society coming by in the evenings. The road can be loud with all the scooters and cars, but we don't mind it much anymore. The shop isn't fancy or anything. We just have a couple of rooms for the freezers and a little bit of space for people to stand. We spend most of our time making sure the machines are running right because the heat in Monalisa Township can be really tough. If the power goes out, we have to move fast. It is usually just a few of us working here, keeping the floors mopped and the glass clean. People wander in after they finish their dinner or when they are just out for a walk. We have to move the stools around sometimes when it gets crowded. It is a lot of routine work, like checking the temperature and making sure we have enough stock for the weekend. We see the same neighbors every week, which is nice. We don't bother with big ads or anything like that. We just keep the door open and wait for people to stop by. It’s a simple spot on the road where you can get something cold. That’s really all there is to it. We just try to keep things clean and the lights on.
