Event Management

Our office is in the Arvindbhai Maniar Building, which is right across from Saurashtra High School on Kalawad Road. It is a very busy part of Rajkot, and being so close to Kotecha Circle means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We have been handling all kinds of event management from this specific spot for a while now. It is a very basic office setup with nothing too flashy or expensive, just some desks, chairs, and a whole lot of to-do lists. Managing events usually involves a lot of coordinating with different vendors and making sure all the supplies arrive on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather suddenly changing, and we just have to figure out a solution on the fly. We do not have a big mission statement or a set of values written on the wall. We just show up every day, take the phone calls, and try to get the logistics sorted out for everyone. Most of our actual work happens outside the office at various venues, but this room is where we do all the planning and the paperwork. It can get pretty stressful when the deadlines are close, but we have gotten used to that pace over the years. We are local people who know the streets and the suppliers. It is just a straightforward way to earn a living in the city.
