You can find Espresso Events at 317-Shree Mahalaxmi Complex on Kalavad Road. It’s a very busy area in Rajkot, especially being so close to KKV Hall. There is always a lot of noise from the street, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. Our office is up on the third floor. We chose the name because we probably drink way too much coffee while we are trying to organize things. Rajkot is a place where people really care about their social gatherings, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just show up, set things up, and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Sometimes we are still at the complex late at night, long after the other businesses have closed, trying to finish up a plan for the next day. The walls of our office are covered in calendars and sticky notes because there are so many moving parts to keep track of. We don't try to sound like a big national firm. We are just a local team that knows the venues and the vendors in Rajkot. We talk to people in plain English and we don't sugarcoat things. If something isn't going to work, we just say so. It’s better to be honest than to make promises we can't keep. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job in a loud, busy city like ours.
