We are Elegant Events Pvt Ltd, though we usually just go by our name. Our office is in the Shree Sadguru Deep Complex on Dr. Yagnik Road. It’s a well-known area in Rajkot, especially with the Jagnath Temple and Mahakali Mandir so close by. You can often hear the temple bells from our windows during the day. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The work we do involves a lot of planning for local celebrations and gatherings. It’s not always glamorous like people think. A lot of it is just sitting at a desk making phone calls, checking lists, and arguing with suppliers about delivery times. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that knows the Rajkot area really well. Our office stays pretty cluttered with folders and event samples. Sometimes we are out at a site until three in the morning making sure everything is ready for the next day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousins used us before. We just like seeing a project come together from start to finish. Dr. Yagnik Road is always full of life, and we feel like a real part of it here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
