We are located over at G-1067 in the GIDC area of Metoda, right off Kalawad Road. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their units at the same time. The shop itself isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial building with a heavy gate. Inside, we do a lot of casting work. It’s the kind of job that leaves you tired at the end of the day. The heat from the furnaces is pretty constant, and you just sort of get used to the smell of hot metal and sand. We have some old desks in a corner where the paperwork stays in messy piles, but most of the real work happens on the floor. The guys have been here a long time and we know how to handle the equipment without thinking about it too much. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to sit around and wait for it to get fixed. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just find us because they know we are here in Metoda. We grab our tea from the stall just down the road and usually eat our lunch sitting on whatever crates are empty. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the work gets done eventually. We just try to keep things moving along so we can go home.
